Shipping Policy

Fultonsouvenirs™ processes orders during business days after checkout is completed. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may vary during busy periods, inventory review, address checks, or when additional order verification is needed.

After an order ships, delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service, local delivery conditions, and events outside the store’s direct control. Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout or through tracking updates, but they are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a label is created because carriers may need time to scan and update package movement.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review street address, apartment number, postal code, phone number, and delivery details before submitting an order. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the package may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable. Address changes cannot always be made after order processing begins.

Fultonsouvenirs™ is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, customs inspection, carrier disruption, local delivery restrictions, or customer address errors. However, if a package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an unusual period, customers may contact us for assistance.

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please check nearby delivery areas, mailrooms, front desks, household members, neighbors, or the local carrier before contacting support.
