Return Policy
Fultonsouvenirs™ accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, or included materials when applicable.
To begin a return request, please contact service@fultonsouvenirs.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. Return eligibility may be refused if the item is used, damaged by the customer, missing original materials, altered, incomplete, or outside the return window. Customized items, final sale items, personal-use items, and products marked as non-returnable may not qualify for return.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue are required so we can review the case properly.
Once an approved return is received, the item will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund posting time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless customer support confirms otherwise in writing.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. Fultonsouvenirs™ is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they reach the approved return destination.
