What types of products do you offer?
Fultonsouvenirs™ offers gift-inspired items, keepsakes, travel-friendly accessories, decorative pieces, jewelry-style gifts, and small personal finds for everyday use and thoughtful gifting.

Are the products suitable for gifts?
Many items may be suitable for gifting, but packaging varies by product. Gift boxes, ribbons, cards, or special wrapping are only included when clearly stated on the product page.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Extra time may be needed during busy periods, inventory checks, or address review.

When will tracking information be available?
Tracking information will be sent when available after the order ships. Carrier updates may take time to appear after the package is first scanned.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Can I return an item?
Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must remain in original condition with packaging or included materials when applicable.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Product photos are for reference. Color, size impression, finish, texture, and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, and manual measurement.
